Service Description

The workshop is designed to empower women by combining spiritual exploration, physical practice, and community support to enhance their overall well-being. Participants will embark on a journey to discover their inner goddess through creative and mindful approaches, which include: - Engaging in a tarot circle that focuses on self love complemented by a calming tea and biscuits. - Sharing experiences in a safe and supportive women's circle that promotes connection and empowerment. - Practicing somatic yoga and meditation to develop body awareness and foster inner peace. - Reconnecting with their bodies through embodiment practices and energy healing techniques that facilitate healing and transformation. This holistic experience aims to create a nurturing environment for personal growth and connection among participants.
