This practice combines strength-building and mental relaxation by holding and releasing positions. While primarily earth-focused, this slow flow class also incorporates standing positions to bring in that fiery energy. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 12 hours in advanced. We understand that circumstances come up and sympathize but if it becomes a repetitive pattern of canceling after the 12 hour notice your membership will be suspended or you will be charged for the class.
