From the Heart: Food Drive & Yoga

Service Description

Join Us for a Food Drive & Heart-Centered Somatic Yoga Class with our teachers providing their gifts of sound and reiki during the meditation. Donations will be taken from 11:30am - 12:30 pm. (Anytime before this date you can drop off if you are not able to make it) Class will start at 12:30pm for those who want to stay. During these challenging times, many in our community are facing food insecurity. We're hosting a food drive to collect canned goods and non-perishable food items to support our local food bank. As a token of our gratitude, all donors are invited to participate in a special somatic yoga class. This class will focus on gentle movement and breathwork to open the heart space, release stress, and cultivate a sense of connection and compassion – both for ourselves and for those we are helping.
