Service Description

Glow Paint & Release is an energetic and high-intensity workout that combines cardio, strength training, and conditioning with pilates-inspired movements, all led by Brittany. This unique class is set to upbeat music and utilizes glowing drumsticks, which are lightly weighted and specifically designed for exercise. Before the class starts, participants will have the opportunity to paint themselves with glow-in-the-dark paint, adding to the fun and vibrant atmosphere of the workout.
