Service Description
Mindful strength training is a fitness approach that merges traditional strength training with mindfulness techniques. This method focuses on being fully present during workouts, paying attention to the sensations in your body, your breathing, and your movements. Combining Mindful Strength Training with Nutrition will provide a great combination to helping your inner and outer healing of the body. Join Brittany for an in-depth exploration of mindful strength and nutrition, where we will collaborate to outline your monthly goals for healthy eating. Together, we will develop a meal plan and a grocery list to ensure you have everything you need. This workshop will be held at the beginning of the month to help you stay on track!

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 12 hours in advanced. We understand that circumstances come up and sympathize but if it becomes a repetitive pattern of canceling after the 12 hour notice your membership will be suspended or you will be charged for the class.
