Somatic Dance is a guided movement class focused on intuitive dance, conscious breath, and embodied awareness. This practice invites you to move freely to music, allowing your body to lead without choreography or judgment. Through gentle prompts and breathwork, you’ll explore releasing stored tension, expressing emotion, and reconnecting with your natural rhythm. This is a space to soften, ground, and come home to your body. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
