Soma yoga is any number of practices that incorporate the movement healing system of somatics. The idea behind somatics is that slow, gentle exercises re-educate the nervous system and allow the release of tight, restricted muscles, thereby promoting healing.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 6 hours in advanced. We understand that circumstances come up and sympathize but if it becomes a repetitive pattern of canceling after the 6 hour notice your membership will be suspended or you will be charged for the class.
