Tapping for the Soul

Service Description

Join in a tapping circle where we’ll briefly cover the basics of EFT, then tap together on the most common limiting beliefs and emotional challenges that we face. We’ll focus on a different theme each month to break free from limiting beliefs, disrupt old patterns of thinking and acting, decreasing stress and anxiety, and installing positive new beliefs around each topic!  ​​ This beautiful tap circle is led by Catherine. An expert in healing early life trauma, abuse, mother loss, and family dysfunction, I use an integrated approach of energy psychology, energy healing, spirituality, metaphysics and coaching in my practice. I also lean heavily on my 28 years as a psychotherapist, even though I identify myself as more of a coach, mentor and midwife of what’s possible!
