- 15-Minute Meditation and Stretch Session: Kick off the event with a calming session designed to help us connect on a deeper level.

- Social Hour with Refreshments: Enjoy some light refreshments as we get to know each other and build meaningful relationships.

- Inspirational Speakers: At select events, we’ll have guest speakers who will share their wisdom and experiences with us.
 

Join us for a magical event of crafting and supporting the community! Every other month, we provide a space for local vendors to showcase their creations and an opportunity for the community to connect and create together with our creation station. This event will be hosted after our Sunday class, come spend the day with us!

In Tibetan Buddhist practice, the word “Sangha” refers to the community of people that surround and support you in your contemplative and spiritual journey. When we gather to share our hopes and challenges, we engage in a beautiful practice of mindfulness that extends beyond ourselves. This connection allows us to explore how meditation influences our lives and relationships. We take the profound insights from our individual practices and weave them into the fabric of our interactions. In this space, we learn to pause, reflect, and truly notice the moments before we react, enabling us to connect with our deeper intentions. Together, we cultivate a richer, more meaningful experience that nurtures our souls and strengthens our bonds.
