Dreki Soul Studio Policies
We're thrilled to have you as part of our community. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our studio policies.
Community & Respect
At Dreki Soul, we are more than just a studio — we are a community. We cultivate a safe and welcoming space grounded in respect, understanding, and non-judgment. Please treat all members, instructors, and staff with kindness and consideration at all times.
Safety First
Your safety is our top priority. To ensure a safe practice for everyone, please adhere to the following:
Before each class, please inform your instructor of any injuries, allergies, or health conditions we should be aware of. This allows us to provide appropriate modifications and ensure your well-being.
-
We offer a variety of classes to accommodate all levels, from beginner to advanced. All classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors are skilled at providing modifications to suit individual needs.
Arrival & Registration
Pre-registration is required for all classes.
-
Registration closes 3 hours prior to the start of class to allow our instructors the time and space needed to prepare.
-
Register online at: www.drekisoul.art/book-online
-
Walk-ins without pre-registration may be denied entry depending on availability and the type of offering, especially for pop-up events.
If registration has closed and you would still like to attend, please contact Nicole to inquire about availability:

If you are running late, please notify us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate arrivals within 5 minutes of class start time.
Studio Etiquette
Mats and props are provided for your convenience. You are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, or props if preferred. Please wipe down all equipment after class.
Be mindful of others and help us keep the space clean, calm, and comfortable for everyone.
Class Cancellation Policy
We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible as a courtesy to our teachers and fellow community members.
Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class are appreciated and help us support our instructors.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for members.
Drop-in purchases and class packs canceled within 3 hours of class start time are non-refundable.
No-shows without notification will result in a $25 no-show fee.
If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out. We understand that situations arise and will take those circumstances into consideration.
If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Dreki Soul reserves the right to cancel the class. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any class credit or payment will be returned.
Workshop & Pop-Up Offering Policy
Workshops and pop-up offerings often require additional preparation, materials, space planning, and coordination. To honor the energy and resources dedicated to these special experiences, pre-registration is required.

Animal Policy
For the health and safety of our community, Dreki Soul maintains a no-animals policy inside the studio due to client allergies and sensitivities.
Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
Service animals are recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
If you plan to attend with a service animal, please contact the studio in advance so we can best accommodate all participants.
In rare cases where a service animal’s presence may create a health or safety concern (such as severe allergies or disruption of practice), alternative arrangements may be discussed.
Studio Hygiene
To keep our space comfortable and welcoming for everyone, we ask all guests to practice good personal hygiene when attending classes, sessions, and events.
These simple habits help maintain a clean, respectful, and supportive environment for our community.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and care for our shared space.
