Dreki Soul Studio Policies

We're thrilled to have you as part of our community. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our studio policies.

Community & Respect

At Dreki Soul, we are more than just a studio — we are a community. We cultivate a safe and welcoming space grounded in respect, understanding, and non-judgment. Please treat all members, instructors, and staff with kindness and consideration at all times.

Safety First

Your safety is our top priority. To ensure a safe practice for everyone, please adhere to the following:

  • Before each class, please inform your instructor of any injuries, allergies, or health conditions we should be aware of. This allows us to provide appropriate modifications and ensure your well-being.

  • We offer a variety of classes to accommodate all levels, from beginner to advanced. All classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors are skilled at providing modifications to suit individual needs.

Arrival & Registration

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and prepare for class.

For safety and to minimize disruption, doors will be locked at the start of class unless prior notice is given.

If you are running late, please notify us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate arrivals within 5 minutes of class start time.

Pre-registration is required for all classes.

Register online at: www.drekisoul.art/book-online

Walk-ins without pre-registration may be denied entry depending on availability and the type of offering, especially for pop-up events.

Studio Etiquette

Mats and props are provided for your convenience. You are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, or props if preferred. Please wipe down all equipment after class.
Be mindful of others and help us keep the space clean, calm, and comfortable for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair access to classes for all members:

  • Please cancel at least 12 hours before class.

  • Repeated late cancellations (under 12 hours) may result in:

  • A class charge, or

  • Temporary suspension of membership.

  • Cancellations within 3 hours of class start time will incur a $5 cancellation fee.

  • Pre-registration is required to attend class.

Thank you for helping us keep classes accessible to the whole community.

Pop-Up Event Payment Policy

All pop-up offerings are paid directly to the practitioner or teacher hosting the event.

  • Payment is preferred in advance via Venmo to reserve your spot. Venmo details are listed on each event’s registration form.

  • Cash is also accepted at the time of the event.

  • Pop-up offerings are not processed through the Dreki Soul booking system, and no cards on file will be charged — including for members. Membership billing applies only to monthly membership fees.

Exception:
If a pop-up offering is hosted by Nicole (owner of Dreki Soul), online payment through the studio system may be available and will be clearly noted on the event listing.
By registering for a pop-up offering, you agree to complete payment using the method listed on the registration form.

Animal Policy

For the health and safety of our community, Dreki Soul maintains a no-animals policy inside the studio due to client allergies and sensitivities.

Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.

Service animals are recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

If you plan to attend with a service animal, please contact the studio in advance so we can best accommodate all participants.

In rare cases where a service animal’s presence may create a health or safety concern (such as severe allergies or disruption of practice), alternative arrangements may be discussed.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and care for our shared space.
