The Story Behind Dreki Soul
Dreki Soul was born from a journey of healing, transformation, and the desire to create a space where others could reconnect with themselves.
The word Dreki is Norse for “dragon.” The term was also used for the great Viking longships whose prows were carved in the shape of dragons. These dragon ships were believed to offer protection and inspire strength, courage, and ferocity to the sailors who embarked upon their journeys.
Dreki Soul was created with that same intention — to be a place of protection, empowerment, and transformation for those choosing to embark on their own healing journey.
A dragon represents more than strength. It represents transformation, wisdom, resilience, and the courage to move through the fire and emerge renewed.
Dreki Soul is a trauma-informed wellness space designed to support you in reconnecting with your body, honoring your story, and awakening the power that already exists within you.
Through yoga, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, embodiment practices, ritual, creativity, and community connection, Dreki Soul invites you to explore your inner world, express yourself authentically, and embrace your own unique path.
This space was created with the belief that healing does not mean becoming someone different. Healing is about remembering who you have always been.
Dreki Soul is a place to come home to yourself — to move, create, heal, transform, and awaken your inner dragon. 🐉✨
Meet Nicole

Founder of Dreki Soul
Embodiment Healing Practitioner
Dreki Soul began from my own journey of healing, transformation, and reclaiming my power.
My name is Nicole Keegan, and I am the founder of Dreki Soul. I am an Embodiment Healing Practitioner, Thai Yoga Practitioner, Reiki Master, Somatic Yoga & Breathwork Facilitator, and ordained High Priestess.
I grew up in Easthampton, Massachusetts, and from a young age experienced the challenges of navigating a life that felt divided between different worlds. Growing up between split homes and attending a religious school shaped many of my early experiences and perspectives.
When I transitioned into public school during high school, I was exposed to new experiences and realities that challenged the world I had known. During this time, I struggled to process the emotions, experiences, and trauma I carried within me.
Searching for ways to cope, I turned toward substances and eventually found myself in the depths of addiction. What began as a way to numb pain created a deeper disconnection from myself and my own inner wisdom.
But that chapter was not the end of my story.
Through my own healing journey, I discovered the power of reconnecting with my body, my breath, my spirit, and my intuition. I found healing through movement, mindfulness, meditation, energy work, ritual, and embodiment practices.
Yoga became a pathway back to myself. It taught me compassion, presence, and that yoga is not just something we practice on a mat, it is something we embody in our everyday lives.
The more I connected with myself, the more I discovered my purpose of creating spaces where others feel safe to explore their own healing journey.
Today, my work is dedicated to supporting others in releasing what no longer serves them, reconnecting with their own wisdom, and embracing their personal power.
Healing is transformative. By sharing my own experiences and the practices that have supported me, I hope to inspire others to know that their story matters and that transformation is possible.
When I look back on every chapter of my life, even the painful ones, I feel gratitude. Each experience shaped me, guided me, and brought me exactly where I am today.
