Every other month, we provide a space for local vendors to showcase their creations and an opportunity for the community to connect and create together with our creation station. This event will be hosted after our classes at the studio!

Hello! I’m Irene, founder of GiGi’s Teas and Remedies, where I create thoughtfully crafted teas and herbal blends, nurturing wellness one sip at a time.
I’m currently pursuing studies in Medical Botany and attending the Wild Herb Academy online courses, deepening my knowledge of herbs and plant medicine. At GiGi’s, I craft herbal teas and remedies that honor both tradition and wellness, helping you bloom from the inside out.
When I'm one with nature, my soul shines. Feeling the Earth beneath my feet and the sun on my skin brings me deep peace. I am multidimensional—messy, kind, silly, and, above all, love.
As a survivor, I've journeyed through trauma, continuously healing and reclaiming myself. The path back to self hasn't been easy, filled with undoing, inner child work, self-reflection, reparenting, and learning to show up for myself while still showing up for others.
Reframing my thoughts, understanding my role in relationships, and offering myself grace, love, and compassion has been vital. It's exhausting at times, yet filled with magic, unfolding, and growth.
She will be offering reiki healing sessions during the event!
