Service Description
Ancestral Yoga is a somatic yoga class dedicated to connecting students with their ancestors in a powerful way to honor the past and bring awareness to the present moment. It encourages participants to feel a sense of connection to their roots and carry the wisdom and love of their ancestors with them in their daily lives.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
