Breathe & Bloom is a guided breathwork and meditation journey designed to help you release stagnant energy, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and open your heart to growth. Through intentional breathing patterns, you’ll awaken your body’s natural capacity for release, renewal, and expansion. Gentle yet powerful, this practice helps quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and create space for new possibilities to take root. Following the breathwork, we’ll move into a deeply nourishing meditation—using visualization, grounding techniques, and affirmations to plant seeds of intention. Like a garden, your inner world will be nurtured so it can bloom in its own perfect timing. This class is for anyone seeking: Stress relief and emotional balance Greater clarity and focus Connection to self and spiritual growth A safe space to rest, recharge, and reset No experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to breathe, release, and grow.

Cancellation Policy

Class Cancellation Policy We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible as a courtesy to our teachers and fellow community members. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class are appreciated and help us support our instructors. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for members. Drop-in purchases and class packs canceled within 3 hours of class start time are non-refundable. No-shows without notification will result in a $25 no-show fee. If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out. We understand that situations arise and will take those circumstances into consideration. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Dreki Soul reserves the right to cancel the class. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any class credit or payment will be returned.
