Join us in nature for a morning of somatic movement, breathwork, and intentional connection. This cannabis-friendly offering invites you to gently awaken the body, regulate the nervous system, and settle into presence through guided movement and breath. Held in nature, this experience is designed to support grounding, softness, and embodied awareness while creating space to move at your own pace and connect in community. Donation based. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
