Flow & Let Go is an all-levels vinyasa-style class designed to help you move with intention, connect with your breath, and release built-up tension in both body and mind. This practice offers a balanced flow that builds strength, flexibility, and awareness while allowing each student to move at their own pace. This class is an invitation to flow, unwind, and leave feeling grounded and renewed 🧘✨🌙

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy​ We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible as a courtesy to our teachers and fellow community members. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class are appreciated and help us support our instructors. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for members. Drop-in purchases and class packs canceled within 3 hours of class start time are non-refundable. No-shows without notification will result in a $25 no-show fee. If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out. We understand that situations arise and will take those circumstances into consideration. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Dreki Soul reserves the right to cancel the class. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any class credit or payment will be returned.
