Service Description
Come unwind and reset with a gentle sound healing experience designed to help you slow down and reconnect. We’ll settle into a cozy space where you can simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the sounds wash over you. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, native flute, and drum, this session creates a calming space that helps ease tension, quiet the mind, and bring your body back into balance. We’ll begin with a little connection, light breathing, and meditation to help you arrive in your body, followed by an immersive sound journey where you can relax and receive. Potential benefits of sound healing may include: Easing stress, anxiety, and feelings of overwhelm Supporting emotional balance and mental clarity Promoting deeper, more restful sleep Helping to soften tension, frustration, and irritability Encouraging healthy circulation and overall relaxation Gently restoring and rebalancing your energy Leaving you feeling more grounded, open, and refreshed…and so much more. No experience is needed - just come as you are. This is your time to rest, reset, and be held in a peaceful, intentional space. I invite you to bring what is comfortable for you to relax in (clothes, mat, blanket) as well as a journal and pen to write any reflections that may come up.

Workshops and pop-up offerings require additional preparation, materials, and coordination. Pre-registration is required to honor the time and energy put into creating these experiences. Registration: Pre-registration is required for all workshops and pop-up offerings. Registration closes 3 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If an emergency or unexpected circumstance arises, please reach out. We will consider situations on a case-by-case basis. Payment: Pop-up offerings are paid directly to the practitioner or teacher hosting the event. Payment is preferred in advance via Venmo to reserve your spot (details provided on each registration form). Cash is accepted at the time of the event. Pop-up offerings are not processed through the Dreki Soul booking system, and membership billing does not apply. Exception: If a pop-up offering is hosted by Nicole, online payment through the Dreki Soul system may be available and will be noted on the event listing. By registering, you agree to complete payment using the method provided on the registration form.
