Come unwind and reset with a gentle sound healing experience designed to help you slow down and reconnect. We’ll settle into a cozy space where you can simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the sounds wash over you. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, native flute, and drum, this session creates a calming space that helps ease tension, quiet the mind, and bring your body back into balance. We’ll begin with a little connection, light breathing, and meditation to help you arrive in your body, followed by an immersive sound journey where you can relax and receive.
