Dance-focused class about feeling your feelings through movement instead of talking them out.
Service Description
A space to feel, move and express without needing to explain yourself. Through music, dance and intuitive movement, we make room for whatever is present. Joy, anger, grief, excitement, frustration or feelings we don't yet have words for. There is no choreography to follow and no right or wrong way to move. Just an invitation to listen to your body, let yourself feel and allow movement to become its own form of expression.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy​ We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible as a courtesy to our teachers and fellow community members. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class are appreciated and help us support our instructors. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for members. Drop-in purchases and class packs canceled within 3 hours of class start time are non-refundable. No-shows without notification will result in a $25 no-show fee. If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out. We understand that situations arise and will take those circumstances into consideration. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Dreki Soul reserves the right to cancel the class. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any class credit or payment will be returned.
