New to Pilates? No need to feel intimidated. This welcoming mat class is designed for all experience levels, with options and modifications so you can move at your own pace. Build core strength, improve balance, posture, flexibility and stability in a supportive, judgment-free space. Walk away feeling stronger, more confident and energized. All levels welcome. Come as you are.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy​ We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible as a courtesy to our teachers and fellow community members. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class are appreciated and help us support our instructors. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for members. Drop-in purchases and class packs canceled within 3 hours of class start time are non-refundable. No-shows without notification will result in a $25 no-show fee. If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out. We understand that situations arise and will take those circumstances into consideration. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Dreki Soul reserves the right to cancel the class. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any class credit or payment will be returned.
