Service Description
Thai-Reiki combines both Thai Yoga Body Work and Reiki in one restorative yoga class. Participants will be asked to recline on a yoga mat/blanket/props. They will be instructed to take restorative yoga poses while the instructor/practitioner moves around the room providing Reiki and Thai yoga body work and finishing the session with a sound bath. Space is limited. Wear comfortable clothing. Try not to eat anything heavy before the session.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
