Service Description
Unwind and release tension in our Thai-Reiki- Sound Restoration Yoga class. Find ultimate comfort in supported restorative yoga postures using mats, blankets, and props. As you settle deeply, experience the added benefits of Reiki and gentle Thai yoga bodywork from the instructor. The session concludes with a calming visualization journey and sound healing to leave you feeling completely renewed.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
