Join us for a reflective and empowering experience! Through somatic movement with reiki healing, breathwork, and creative expression, you'll connect with your inner self and set your intentions for the season ahead by planting sunflower or marigold seeds. Ending our time with journaling, sharing and community. Bring your journal, favorite crystals, cards, or whatever you would bring to your sacred space!

Cancellation Policy
Our first class coupon code is not applicable for these offerings. Only applicable for weekly class schedule. To cancel or reschedule a workshop/retreat, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations occur with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the workshop/retreat. Coven Members Only: Cancellations within 12 hours of the workshop/retreat start time will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding!
