You are invited to a gentle and nourishing Mother’s Day Circle, a space to honor not only the mother energy, but the mother within each of us. This gathering is an invitation to reconnect with the nurturing, compassionate essence that lives inside you - the part that knows how to hold, soften, and care with deep presence and unconditional love. Whether you are a mother, have a mother, or are simply learning to mother yourself, this space is for you. Allow yourself the gift of rest, reflection, and replenishment this Mother’s Day. You’ll be guided through a heart-centered experience including: Gentle connection and sharing Breathwork to energize and soften Meditation to ground and center Sound healing to restore and realign Come as you are! I invite you to bring something for the Altar, a Journal, and anything to be comfortable during the experience.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
