Tapping into you. Start the week from a mindful space to set your intentions. Setting time aside to take care of you. Cleansing, releasing and filling those spaces. Starting with a meditation and journaling - allowing ourselves to release through the pen. Setting our intentions and sending gratitude for all that we have. Bring your favorite crystals, journal and anything else you would bring to your sacred space!
