Meditate & Create is a heart-centered workshop blending guided meditation with intuitive sound, gentle movement, gratitude practice, and creative journaling for manifestation. Together, we’ll ground the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart. You’ll be gently guided through meditation and mindful movement, accompanied by calming soundscapes to help you reconnect with your inner voice. From that space of clarity and intention, we’ll move into curating a gratitude list to raise your vibration and decorating your manifestation journal—creating from a place of presence and purpose. Your personalized manifestation journal will be your tool for manifesting your soul’s deepest desires. No meditation or art experience needed—just bring your breath, your openness, any personal photos and/or stickers that you would like to add to your journal. **All materials provided** Perfect for anyone seeking stillness, inspiration, and a deeper connection to themselves. Cancellation Policy
Our first class coupon code is not applicable for these offerings. Only applicable for weekly class schedule. To cancel or reschedule a workshop/retreat, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations occur with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the workshop/retreat. Coven Members Only: Cancellations within 12 hours of the workshop/retreat start time will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding!
