Join us for a beautiful practice led by our instructor, Sara, to tune in to your body and mind, guiding you to quiet your thoughts and focus on your breath. This practice is very slow and meditative. Come unwind and be.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
