This will be followed by somatic yoga and breathwork sessions designed to enhance body awareness and facilitate emotional release. After these classes, you can relax and rejuvenate during a sound bath, as massage and Reiki practitioners offer healing energy throughout the room. Engage in a hands-on planting activity, where you will sow seeds in pots symbolizing your intentions for personal growth, complemented by an energizing lunch. We will wrap up our time together with a mindful walk near the reservoir, providing an opportunity to reflect on your experiences and connect deeply with the natural world.
