A private yoga session offers a customized and deeply attentive experience designed to meet your unique needs and fitness goals. Unlike group classes, this one-on-one session provides personalized instruction, modifications, and support to help you deepen your practice, improve alignment, and enhance your overall well-being.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
