Service Description
Who knows you better than you? You. As in capital You. Your Higher Self. The part of you that is connected to the Divine and has always been with you and always will be. Through somatic movement and breathwork, we connect with our inner guides, followed by a creative expression session with rose petals and lavender. We'll end our time together by writing a love letter to ourselves, decorating and drawing as we let our self-love flow. Bring your journal, favorite crystals, cards, or whatever you would bring to your sacred space!

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
