Somatic Breathwork Drum Journey
Service Description
This immersive somatic journey blends intentional breathwork with live drumming to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner exploration. The rhythmic pulse of the drum guides participants into a meditative, body-based experience where the mind softens and the body leads. Each journey is unique and personal—some experience emotional clearing, others receive insight, imagery, or profound rest. No previous experience is necessary.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
