As the season begins to shift, we enter a time of slowing down, gathering inward, and releasing what we no longer need to carry. Through somatic breathwork, rhythmic drumming, guided embodiment, and intentional reflection, this journey invites you to connect with what has been asking to be acknowledged and create space for release. This is an opportunity to soften your grip, honor what has come to completion, and make room for the season ahead. A seasonal journey for release, surrender, grounding, and returning inward.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible as a courtesy to our teachers and fellow community members. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class are appreciated and help us support our instructors. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for members. Drop-in purchases and class packs canceled within 3 hours of class start time are non-refundable. No-shows without notification will result in a $25 no-show fee. If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out. We understand that situations arise and will take those circumstances into consideration. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Dreki Soul reserves the right to cancel the class. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any class credit or payment will be returned.
