Service Description
SonicSounds™ is a fun, guided somatic experience that combines breath, intentional movement, vocal sounding, and quartz bowl resonance. Each participant engages directly with two instruments: a Sound Therapy Bowl and their voice. It’s not at all like singing, it’s sounding. This is not a passive sound bath. It is interactive and intentional. You don’t need singing experience. You don’t need meditation experience. You simply need yourself and a sound therapy bowl (provided by us!). Regulate together. Connect together. Resonate together. You can expect: ▪ Diaphragmatic breathwork to regulate the nervous system ▪ Cross-body integration and grounding movements ▪ Vocal toning and embodied sound exploration ▪ The felt vibration of quartz bowls as a resonance anchor About your Guide: Brooke P. Karunanande I am a certified sound practitioner, educator, lead U.S. trainer and stockist for the Australian based high-purity crystal quartz singing bowl supplier Rainbow Sounds. We run half day trainings teaching people the foundational knowledge of singing bowls and vibrational therapy along with how to be exceptional sound practitioners. I’m also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with professional experience working with therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT and MST. My blend of training and experience allows for an integration of sound and vibrational work with a practical evidence-based lens. My methods combine creating deeply supportive environments for inner work as well as assisting in fostering self-awareness, and providing tools for self-discovery and accountability. I use this knowledge to also create curated crystal sets and intentional oils based on discovery discussions together. Ever since I was a child I deeply resonated with the earth and the people around me and have always felt that our purpose here is to connect with each other, help ease each others suffering and increase each others joy. Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible as a courtesy to our teachers and fellow community members. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class are appreciated and help us support our instructors. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for members. Drop-in purchases and class packs canceled within 3 hours of class start time are non-refundable. No-shows without notification will result in a $25 no-show fee. If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out. We understand that situations arise and will take those circumstances into consideration. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Dreki Soul reserves the right to cancel the class. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any class credit or payment will be returned.
