Service Description

Set aside your Sunday afternoon for a gentle, guided experience designed to help you unwind and recharge. You'll move through a series of connected practices from Restorative Yoga and Reflexology to Reiki, Guided Meditation, and a personal Oracle Card pull with nourishing refreshments from Nourish Cafe available throughout to keep you refreshed. What’s included: Restoration Yoga – A slow, prop-supported practice using blankets, bolsters, and blocks. You'll hold restful poses for several minutes, allowing your muscles to release and your nervous system to settle into deep calm. Reflexology – Focused pressure applied to specific points on your feet that correspond to different areas of your body. A grounding way to promote balance and relaxation from head to toe. Reiki– A gentle, non-invasive energy session where the practitioner's hands rest lightly on or just above your body. It encourages deep calm and a quiet sense of well-being. Guided Meditation – A spoken meditation led by the instructor to help quiet your thoughts and bring you fully into the present moment. Oracle Card Pulls – A personal card pull with a message or theme meant to offer reflection or a small nudge for your week ahead. Refreshments from Nourish Cafe – A selection of nourishing drinks and light bites available throughout the afternoon to keep you refreshed and energized between sessions. No previous experience needed. Come as you are, dressed comfortably, and ready to rest. **Space is limited to 6 people.**
