Service Description
A deeply relaxing Yin Yoga practice followed by a soothing crystal sound bowl meditation. We'll hold seated and reclining poses for several minutes, allowing the body to gently release tension in the connective tissues and joints. The class ends with a guided sound bath — crystal singing bowls wash over you as you rest in final relaxation, helping calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. No experience needed. Just bring an open mind and comfortable clothing.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We understand that unexpected events can occur; however, consistent cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in either a suspension of your membership or a charge for the class. Cancellations within 3 hours of the class start time will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
