Sink into stillness with this deeply restorative class blending yin yoga and sound healing. Through long-held, stretches and soothing sound vibrations, you’ll be invited to soften the body, quiet the mind and restore a sense of inner calm. This peaceful practice offers you a chance to slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself in a nurturing, meditative environment. You are worth it.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible as a courtesy to our teachers and fellow community members. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class are appreciated and help us support our instructors. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for members. Drop-in purchases and class packs canceled within 3 hours of class start time are non-refundable. No-shows without notification will result in a $25 no-show fee. If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out. We understand that situations arise and will take those circumstances into consideration. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Dreki Soul reserves the right to cancel the class. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any class credit or payment will be returned.
