Yoga Sculpt is a fiery, strength-infused practice that blends traditional yoga with light weights, upbeat music, and intentional, embodied movement. Every sequence is grounded in intention, inviting you to move with purpose, power, and presence. We’ll flow through dynamic yoga postures, functional strength work, balance challenges, and core activation — building heat, resilience, and confidence from the inside out. The music keeps the energy lifted, while the grounding rituals keep you connected to your body, breath, and inner wisdom. Come to sweat, strengthen, and sculpt — and leave feeling centered, empowered, and deeply rooted.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible as a courtesy to our teachers and fellow community members. Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class are appreciated and help us support our instructors. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee for members. Drop-in purchases and class packs canceled within 3 hours of class start time are non-refundable. No-shows without notification will result in a $25 no-show fee. If there is an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out. We understand that situations arise and will take those circumstances into consideration. If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, Dreki Soul reserves the right to cancel the class. Participants will be notified as soon as possible, and any class credit or payment will be returned.
